The Tirap District Administration is set to launch the Har Ghar Tiranga Yatra from August 12 to 15, 2025, celebrating India’s 79th Independence Day. As a prelude, iconic landmarks in Khonsa, including the DC’s Office and the Khonsa Bazaar Parking lot have been adorned with tricolor-themed lighting starting August 6.

🎉 Campaign Highlights:

(1) Flag Distribution: Tricolors of various sizes will be distributed to key institutions and Panchayat members across villages.
(2) Community Engagement: Citizens are encouraged to hoist the national flag at their homes and participate in the celebrations.
