Training on EService Web Portal held at Khonsa

One day training programme on eService Portal of Government of Arunachal Pradesh (GoAP)was held at Khonsa, Tirap District on 14-June-2019. The eServices Portal of GoAP (http://eservice.arunachal.gov.in) is web interface for delivery of various citizen centric services.The portal leverages the ServicePlus Framework of the NIC.

Shri Rakesh Das, District Informatics Officer, Tirap gave a detailed account of the portal followed by hands-on training on the process and workflow of the portal for delivering various certificates like PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate), ST Certificate, Income Certificate, Dependent Certificate, Character Certificate and TRC (Temporary Residence Certificate). Various issues regarding the implementation of the application was also discussed during the training programme.
