eService Web Portal implemented at Khonsa

Khonsa 31st July, 2019 : The eService Portal of Government of Arunachal Pradesh (GoAP) have been implemented at Jansuvidha Centre, Khonsa, Tirap District on 31st July, 2019. The eServices Portal of GoAP (http://eservice.arunachal.gov.in) is web interface for delivery of various citizen centric services like ST, PRC, TRC etc, The portal leverages the Service Plus Framework of the NIC.
Tirap Deputy Commissioner P.N. Thungon appreciated and lauded the effort of the DIO Rakesh Das and CO (Jansuvidha) Pik Tayom for implementation of the project, he added that the implementation of eService Web Portal would immensely help to deliver various citizen centric services in time.
Earlier, Shri Rakesh Das, District Informatics Officer, Tirap provided an in-depth and detailed training on the various workflows of the web portal which will now be used for delivering various certificates like PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate), ST Certificate, Income Certificate, Dependent Certificate, Character Certificate and TRC (Temporary Residence Certificate).
